2. Data and purposes

Reservations, groups and gift vouchers

We process identification and contact details, dates, times, numbers of guests, preferences and information needed to respond to, manage and confirm your request. The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps and provision of the requested service.

Allergies and intolerances

If you tell us about allergies or intolerances, we ask for your explicit consent to use this information to prepare your visit. The form does not save this information in the database: it is included in the message you may voluntarily send through WhatsApp. We do not use it for promotions. You may tell our team directly if you prefer not to send it through this channel.

Marketing communications

The current forms do not subscribe you to a marketing list. Any future subscription to promotions will require separate, optional acceptance. You may withdraw it at any time.

Analytics

When you accept analytics cookies, we measure visits and relevant actions to improve the website. Google Analytics is not loaded before consent.

3. Retention

The website database assigns each request a retention period of 24 months from creation. Retention of WhatsApp messages and backups is managed separately; deletion from the database does not delete these other copies. Data needed to comply with legal obligations or handle claims may require different periods. Allergies are not saved in the website database.

4. Recipients and providers

We use Hostinger to host the website and MySQL database, Cloudflare Turnstile to verify forms, and Google Analytics 4 for analytics, only after analytics cookies are accepted. When you open and send the message through WhatsApp Business, the details it contains are communicated to this Meta service. Google Maps and social profiles are external services opened when you click. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; their terms describe the applicable safeguards. 5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent by emailing stickycatfingers@gmail.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

6. Security and access

Access to requests is restricted through authentication in the management panel and authorised hosting accounts. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, server-side validation and submission limits to reduce abuse. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
