4. Analytics inventory
We use Google Analytics 4, from Google, to measure visits and actions such as starting a reservation, saving a request or clicking to call. The cookies _ga and _ga_* distinguish browsers and maintain session state. We have configured a maximum expiry of 7 days, without automatic renewal. They only load after analytics is accepted. We do not send names, phone numbers, allergies, messages or reservation references. Your preference is remembered for up to 180 days before asking again, and is stored on your device under the key omnivor_cookie_preferences_v1. When consent is withdrawn, we stop tracking and delete Analytics cookies accessible from the website.
This analytics uses browser identifiers; it does not amount to direct personal identification or completely anonymous data. See Google’s privacy policy.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google and Instagram only open those services when clicked. Their own policies apply from that point.
